When Andrew at Himeros announced back in October/November that some new designs were available, I had to take a look. With the three new options out there, I decided that Athos would be my second Himeros ring after falling in love with himeros-proteus/. As is the case with King Rings, Himeros rings are based on available designs for finger rings, but enlarged and tweaked to serve a greater purpose on your manhood.
As a fan of any adornment made of exotic materials, I become even more of a sucker for custom designs. Although I have experience with jade as a material for my adornments through repurposing bangles and other such items, it immediately drew my attention when I discovered that KayeeEthnic on Etsy offers custom-sized adornments specific to the art of manhood adornment. I had to have one. This design features a generously portioned height and width to ensure that it does not dig in as the blood gets flowing.
Similar to the flat trainer cage already in the collection, this adornment increases the comfort factor by leveraging the ubiquitous curved band design that has made its way into most Chinese adornment inventories. An important difference between this model and the other models in the collection is the fact that the shaft ring is a generous 1 1/2". This is a welcome change from the 1 1/4" shaft of the other model.
Another quality design from Ballistic Metal, the Trax is a “chunky” aluminum ring sharing the raw aluminum finish found on several other models. Similar to the raptor in design, the ring has a rectangular profile with the full outer profile notched with grooves from front to back. If looking closely, one can see that the grooves almost appear threaded due to the tool marks as they were cut into the body.

I’ve had some good luck on Etsy lately discovering interesting finds. As a sucker for alternative materials to your boring nickel-plated steel ring, this Glass Vibrations ring stood out immediately thanks to the faceted cut on the outside and the charming black glass material. It took me a while to commit to purchasing this ring, though - the cost of the ring is spot-on and worth every dime… but the cost to ship from Saarbrücken, Germany to the Midwest US was almost twice the cost of the unit.
A quintessential Gear Essentials release, the strut is a narrower stainless ring than what one would see with the Torque. Because of the narrower profile at only .4", the strut doesn’t have the space for a comfort fit interior - though it’s not strictly necessary at this size. As with all Gear Essentials adornments, this ring is machined to exact tolerances with the caliper confirming that the shop is always exact in their craft.

This comfortable chastity “trainer” is available from AliExpress from the Magicare brand. The adornment, like similar “trainers” from Chaste Bird, features a collection of firm plastic base cock rings and an oval shaped shaft ring. The shaft ring is about 1.25" x 1.45" which lands at a nearly perfect shaft ring size of 1.35" for me (my preference is 1.375). What is different from my other “trainer” cage rings is how this one attaches the base and shaft rings.
This wire ring is tapered towards the bottom to promote comfort, and not to be stopped there, it is also curved along the body of the ring to better confirm to the contours of your body. This creates a highly comfortable adornment for all day wearing. I do wonder how close the quality control is. Having purchased the 1.81" option, the average inner diameter is a much-less-constricting 1.97". Perhaps this was a misunderstanding on my part while ordering, but a ring shaped this way would encourage sizing slightly down simply because of the contours that offer more forgiveness that a flat round ring.

Another great design by Ballistic Metal. The Raptor features a gear-like design along the outside of its brushed stainless finish. As is common with other Ballistic Metal designs, this adornment is on the larger size in height and width which helps with comfort. The machining on the ring is excellent, as is par for the course, but the inner profile is not as radiused as I would typically ask for… though it is well rounded to ensure comfort.

This unique adornment is 3D printed from a wood material and finished with a body safe sealant. The design is striking with twisting spokes along the circumference and the curious material to 3d print makes it an obvious buy. The ring is comfortable to wear despite the spokes which would make one think they pinch and the darker color of the wood is very handsome.
While browsing Ebay for stuff I could repurpose to wrap around ny junk, this attractive bracelet stood out as a likely contender. Made of faux leather and accented with silver jewelry bands, all it took to repurpose was a razor knife, tape measure, gorilla glue, and knowledge if the size I wanted. As I’ve noted in many reviews before, I love cock and shaft combos so this pair of repurposed bracelets created a nicely matching set.
