An interesting concept for sure, this glans or shaft ring features a set of stainless spikes surrounding the ring that allows one to tighten them into the shaft with a 1/8" hex key.
Unfortunately, the size is a bit awkward as it sits. Too large for a good glans ring that will stay put while flaccid and too small for a shaft ring while erect, this torturous adornment falls outside of the goldilocks range.
