King Rings Father of Pearl Midnight Glans Ring

I mentioned in my FOP cock ring review that I stumbled across a matching cock and glans set in the King Rings secondhand products page - and wouldn’t you know it? They were just my size. Although I now own 9 King Rings cock adornments, this is my first glans ring from Scott. How does it stack up?

I shouldn’t have to say that the design and finish of ANY King Rings product is top quality as that is just what has come to be expected at the price point and from a well-established brand in the industry. The glans rings are no exception to this rule with this sample sporting a handsome piano black plating under a crystal smooth finish. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I think the finish of the glans ring may differ in some way to those of the cock rings - it just looks… different. It seems to pick up finger prints more? Or perhaps that is just a side effect of my cock rings being flat while the glans rings feature a radiused outer profile? In any event, the finish is on par with what you would expect from King Rings.

King Rings Father of Pearl Midnight Cock Ring

I’ve casually been looking at the Father of Pearl Midnight as a brother to join my original Father of Pearl in the collection. I didn’t spring on it until recently when I came across such a sample with a matching glans ring on the King Rings secondhand products page. An adornment can be washed, so how could I resist?

Just like the original, this FOP features a gorgeous jewelry quality finish and top shelf design. A smart addition since the first FOPs includes a laser engraving of the size on the inside of the adornment. For someone with a HUGE collection, I can’t express how helpful this is when I am browsing for a ring to wear! Scott’s always thinking up the smart ideas! Per usual, the manufacturing process is spot on. This ring fits well at 1.813" in diameter and the thick .795 profile helps keep the weight up. You won’t forget you’re wearing the FOP since it weighs slightly more than half a pound! As is appropriate for such a premium adornment, the .275" thickness of the ring features a comfortably radiused inner profile. The outer profile edges feature a step cut which serves to add a bit of “bling” to the visage of your manhood while wearing. The turquoise colored abalone inlay is just as striking as the original FOP and I am hard pressed to decide if the piano black finish or the smooth sliver finish is more handsome. Hell, why not both?!

Himeros Zeus

There are already a few Himeros rings in my collection and I am pleased to add another after some downtime buying higher end rings. I decided to pick Zeus up because I only have one or two gold tone adornments and it gave a very striking appearance in the images Andrew posted while describing the process of making a custom adornment matching my wedding ring as it was juxtaposed beside the finished product.

My Wedding Band - Sancus by Himeros

It is with great excitement that I share the results of a collaborative effort with Andrew at Himeros! As a discerning collector, I own practically every manner of adornment… but have always felt a desire for a special piece that I just couldn’t find out in the market. That missing piece of the collection is an adornment that matches my very own wedding band. Having been married for 17 years, I’ve worn a ring (the design was of my choosing) on my finger every day as a sign of dedication and love for my queen, so why not adorn myself elsewhere with the same design?

Himeros Athos

When Andrew at Himeros announced back in October/November that some new designs were available, I had to take a look. With the three new options out there, I decided that Athos would be my second Himeros ring after falling in love with himeros-proteus/.

As is the case with King Rings, Himeros rings are based on available designs for finger rings, but enlarged and tweaked to serve a greater purpose on your manhood. The attention to detail shows, of course. As an ultra-premium ring, Athos has a gently radiused inner profile as you would expect that flows into the bevel cut on the exterior of the ring. The finish is as smooth and flawless as is befitting a jewelry quality adornment. Similar to the Sea Dragon, the flat face features an inlay in which a clean palette is given to fill with various materials or designs. Utilizing this space, Athos is filled with a silver-colored metallic design that Himeros describes as resembling “solidified lava”. I enjoy this interpretation, but for some reason the word “moonstone” Just keeps coming to mind for me. In any event, it makes for a handsome and visually striking adornment.

Himeros Proteus

This half a pound of gorgeous comes to you from Himeros Jewelery. I discovered Himeros through Etsy and quickly contacted Andrew to say hello (and inquire about some custom options - he can do that, too!). He got back to me quickly and through conversation it is clear that he is passionate about what he’s doing as he builds his business. Based out of Europe, Himeros offers ultra premium cock rings. As far as I know right now, the only manufacturers offering tungsten carbide rings are Scott at King Rings and Andrew at Himeros… so we’re working with prime stock to begin with.

King Rings Blue Horizon

Within minutes of receiving the email notification that a new style was available, I was checking out. This is the King Ring effect. Those that know the affliction know that your hesitations on buying that very first ring were silly. This isn’t some cheap junk from overseas with imperfect machining, inconsistent finishing, or unreliable plating. Nope. Not here. You know without a shadow of a doubt that you’re purchasing a quality, unique ring – the likes of which you’ll find nowhere else. I am delighted to add Blue Horizon as my seventh full size King Ring… and am even MORE delighted that the thrill remains having now purchased one for every day of the week.

King Rings Woody

Almost identical to the Savage Rose as far as shape, fit, and materials go, the Woody from King Rings takes the design to a less “blingy” direction. The tungsten carbide is finished in midnight black and is accented with Koa and Zebra hardwoods for a gorgeous, but earthy expression.

As with other King Rings, the supremely radiused inner profile and well rounded edges make this adornment as comfortable as your favorite donut cock ring. What that donut ring doesn’t offer, however, is the added pull of the tungsten carbide’s heft!

King Rings Tempest

I mentioned in my review previously of Thunder that I had a little trepidation with going stainless after enjoying the excellent weight of tungsten carbide. Well, needless to say, I loved Thunder enough to buy his younger brother. Tempest continues to carry the torch in terms of quality and beauty. As my seventh King Ring… I knew what to expect when it comes to jewelry quality adornment for my manhood, so jumped at the opportunity of sporting this fresh new design.

King Rings Thunder

As is to be expected from King Rings, the Thunder is an impeccable example of jewelery quality, brilliant design, and eye catching good looks. This is now my sixth ring and, as mentioned in other reviews, I can certainly say that the switch from tungsten carbide to stainless steel has left nothing to be desired. The sharp design, thick heft, and many reflective facets catch lots of light – giving a dazzling presentation to your manhood.
